Queue Issue in 4.0
If I load 4.0 using a shortcut (such as: "%programfiles(x86)%\flashfxp 4\flashfxp.exe" VBSM) , the queue list is not automatically displayed for loading.

When you pass the site name via the command line the behavior is to connect to the site.

It has nothing to do with loading a queue, if you want to load a queue file you need to pass the filename of the queue.
