Need help with new FXP

The computer that I used to manage my web site recently died. I purchased an updated version of Flash FXP -- which I'm not familiar with. I have a new computer, but all my web site files are up on the server that hosts my web site. How can I get those files back on my new computer? Also, in the older version of FXP, I remember clicking on public html on the right side of the window--I don't see that in the new version. I'm lost and I need help getting this back in operation. you would need to either recover sites.dat file from your old computer since it contains all the saved ftp sites or contact your web hosting company and ask them for assistance in figuring out what address, port, username and password you have for your website.
