File transfer rules bug

I`ve created such rule:
IF Size IS equal AND Time IS older THEN Skip
But it works as:
IF Size IS equal AND Time IS newer THEN Skip

So if I upload the same old file it should be skipped, but it works only if I select Time:"newer" state.

At the same time there is a rule for overwriting old files with newer ones on upload and time parameter works normal



PS: If I understand correctly, rules relates for transfered file? So if I select time parameter to "newer" it relates to the transfered one?

Remember when you add a rule the dialog says

If Destination File

Then why rule not works? Screenshot
Or it`s an translation understanding problem...
I understand that file with 17:01 time is older then file with 17:02 time. Am I right?

I think you might be on to something here, I do believe the date evaluation rules for upload might be backwards.

I need to do some tests and I will get back to you on this.

This issue should be resolved in build 1487
