Freeze on Windows 7

When i change the desktop backround, flashfxp is freeze (stalls into "not responding" state, Opsys is Windows 7 final v6.1.7600) and only the kill task works. I using BGINFO from sysinternals.com to do the change. Only flashfxp is freezing.

I've been using Win7 since it first came out and change backgrounds and themes weekly. I've never experienced any type of problem with Flashfxp... Sounds like it may be something else.
