Speed Limits not applied

Changing the UL/DL speed limit does not take effect immediately on a file currently transferring. You need to stop the transfer and start it again.

Which specific build are you using?

Are you connecting to a FTP or SFTP server?

Depending on the situation it can take up to 30 seconds to fully adjust to a need limit.

Transferring to a normal FTP server. Actually the limits don't kick in only when uploading. When downloading they do kick in after clicking apply. When uploading you have to stop the transfer and restart it again if you want the UL speed limit to be used.

I have isolated the issue and it will be resolved in the next build 1294 and up.
