problem connecting

cannot connect to my flash fxp website updater now for 2 weeks have sent numerous e-mails and have had no response. this is what comes up when trying to log on

this is NOT A BUG.
there is no ftp server on ip 217.118.130.208 port 21.
you need to contact your webhost and work with them to resolve this problem.
