SFTP Encryption Options visual bug

On the Connection > SFTP Encryption page of the Preferences dialog if you use the up down arrows (in either list) without first clicking inside the checklist area, then the top item (the area not that specific cipher/mac, selected by default) stays highlighted even as the item it in is moved (so the both the item being moved and the top line remain highlighted)

This is some funky behavior introduced by the item swapping code, I've spent about 20min trying to track it down and I haven't made much progress. I clear the item selection but for some reason the state doesn't update. More time will be needed to investigate this issue.
