extra slash needed after IP address

When I send a link with the password to someone it needs an additional slash "/" after the IP address if the user is using a Mac or Firefox. When I send the same link to a IE user the link will work. Can something be configured in the FXP software to always add the additional "/"?

Are you referring to the ftp:// url?

The standard format is ftp://user:pass@host:port/path or broken down as ftp://<user>:<password>@<host>:<port>/<url-path>
