Fast file transfer progress update not working
in build 1162 the option "fast file transfer progress update" does not seem to work.

I have confirmed this bug.

This bug was introduced when the 100% cpu usage during transfer bug was fixed.

I have added a work-around.

It is now fixed in 1163 which we will release shortly.

I also noticed CPU usage is lower than in build 1160. I Hope its not just caused by that bug.
