File mutex no longer functioning in the last few builds

The file mutex implementation from earlier in the year (to better handle multiple sessions processing the same queue) seems to have stopped functioning as expected in the last few builds (can not say exactly when). It has returned to giving the old "Cannot open file ..." / "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." messages, making two attempts (as configured) then marking the file as failed.

Observed in builds 3889,3891 but the change may have occurred before that.

I have confirmed the issue and the following update should resolve it.

FlashFXP52_3894_Setup.exe

FlashFXP52_3894_Portable.exe

This problem was caused by the following fix that was made back in one of the 3884+ builds

• Fixed an issue where attempting to download the same file multiple times would fail because the file was still locked. (like when a real-time anti-virus scanner still scanning the file.)

The above fix caused the mutex to be released too early.

Great, all seems to be back to normal in 3894.
