Compare Folder Content - Windows file path limits

I wonder if the Compare Folder Content feature could take into account that folders on the server can have characters that cannot be written on Windows.
For example a folder on the server:

New: Test
is saved as
New_ Test
when transferred to my pc.

So I need a matching mode that would treat these as the same folders.
