Incorrect "My Documents" location

Flash FXP does not remember last "local" folder that was opened, so goes to "my documents" folder by default, HOWEVER if my documents folder is redirected in windows (say to d:\my documents), upon startup flashfxp still opens c:\documents and settings\<username>\My documents


unsure about vista.

expected action:
flashFXP opening either last used folder, or `Personal` value in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders key.

unsure about vista registry value.

FlashFXP uses your default download folder as the starting local location.
This is set via the Preferences > General > Default Download Path

The first time you start FlashFXP this location is set to your my document folder but from there on it's fixed to the location stored in your preferences.
