Unable to edit target PATH of queue items

Noticed this on build 3812, also present in latest build 3814.

Completely unable to modify the target path of a queued item (ctrl+e), both manually typing in the path field and using the folder selection popup have the same result, which is that the modification is not applied when clicking Okay.
