Unable to download from root folder when -remotepath is set to "/"

I am using a batch file to download from a specific sftp site. Trying to download the entire site from the root
The command is as follows
flashfxp.exe -download server -remotepath="/" -localpath="D:\server\"

Seems trivial. FlashFXP log says transfer queue completed but no files transfered. If I change the remotepath to a subfolder in the site then those files transfer.

In previous versions like v3 we always used a forward slash to specify the entire site at the root but now it seems broken. Please advise.

Using v4.0.0 1540
SFTP SSH2
RSA 4096 key pair

Re: Unable to download from root folder when -remotepath is set to "/"

Further investigating the process, it seem as though the queue transfer is initiated before the list process has a chance to complete. So FlashFXP thinks the site is empty. hmm.

Re: Unable to download from root folder when -remotepath is set to "/"

I conducted several tests but I have been unable to reproduce this issue with build 1540.

The way this command line operates is that it creates a queue item based on the parameters and then transfers the queue.

After the connection is established the queue is processed.

The queue item shouldn't be processed until the list has completed.

Please include a copy of the session status log.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps some unusual configuration with the server (the site profile) or a global setting, otherwise I should be able to reproduce it.

I may need a copy of your flashfxp.ini to match your exact configuration.

Re: Unable to download from root folder when -remotepath is set to "/"

I just thought of something.

In your command line <server> is that an entry in your site manager?

This command line parameter doesn't allow ftp:// formatted urls, as stated in the help file. If you are using a url that would explain the problem you're experiencing.
