Hidden files invisible
Got the RC1 running, found a new bug since version 3.41 B1195. It doesn't show hidden files, for example .htaccess isn't shown. Not with explicitly turning that function on as a general setting or custom site setting. Not even by executing a custom command with LIST -al.

Current version: 3.6 RC1
OS: XP SP2

Site Manager > Select Site > Options Tab > uncheck "Use MLSD to list directory", click Apply.

That should solve the problem.
