Toolbar disappearing
1. Launch FFXP with single-site mode turned on
2. Turn off single-site mode

Toolbar in left side is not shown

Thank you for your bug report. I have confirmed this issue.

This will be fixed in the next build.

The left tool-bar height was not being set during the switch back resulting in an invisible tool-bar.
