Restore

Unable to restore sites saved from a backup.

Tried importing sites and restore from backup.

When in either section the windows explorer view does not display .bak or .ftp files

How did you create the backup?

The .ftp export format is not intended to be used as a backup solution, this is a generic site format and not all site information is included in the export file.

We don't use the .bak extension so I am not sure what type of backup this is.

Please use the backup/restore feature on the main menu under Tools.
