Asking for replacing an file after pausing the queue

I'm currently uploading about 100 files on my server and I clicked on "pause" to pause the upload when the next file is finished with uploading. When I now start the queue again, FlashFXP is asking me if I want to replace exactly the last file it was successfully uploaded. The timestamp and the byte size are exactly the same, so the file was already uploaded without problems.

Thank you for your bug report.

I have confirmed the issue and have released a fix as 4.4.0 build 1988.

This issue occurred as a result of a previous fix that was implemented to prevent untransferred files from being removed from the queue when the user pauses, clearly it didn't work as intended.

The changes made appear to correct the problem and I will continue to test my changes to ensure that they're working exactly as intended.
