Remote Asian Characters are Displayed as Messy Code

I just update my FlashFXP client by automatic update to 4.3.1(Build 1950).

And when I restart the client, I found that all the chinese characters and japanese kanas in directory/file name on the ftp server were displayed as messy code.

Even worse, I can't access those files/directories, because the path was unrecognized by the client.

It seems I could only choose auto, ansi and utf-8(iso-8859-1/latin-1) encodings in the options. I tried with them all. But none of them could work.

Hope you can recover the Asian Characters support for server filesystem.

Thank you very much.

Re: Remote Asian Characters are Displayed as Messy Code

Hello,

I apologize for the issue, Yesterday I goofed up while testing FlashFXP and accidentally uploaded a development build that was packaged as 4.3.1 build 1950 that disabled UTF8 character conversion.

I corrected the issue very quickly however I forgot to clear the content delivery network cache which was caching the bad release.

Please re-download 1950 from our website and it should resolve the issue.
