If a path contains the UTF8 division slash, it is being incorrectly converted to a normal slash (also gets replaced with an _ for target filename) making it impossible to download (haven't tried uploading one).
File path was: "/home/admin/Aï¼B" and downloads perfectly fine with IE and wget.
