installing new update Sites.dat

when applying the new update from within the tool it starts the install but fails on Sites.dat and then rolls back again

Which FlashFXP installation do you have? Standard, Portable, or U3 Portable

What version of Windows are you using?

Is there a specific error message?

If you are doing an upgrade install the sites.dat file is automatically skipped, are you sure its the sites.dat file causing the failure?

We have discovered that this error occurs when attempting to upgrade FlashFXP from a copy of FlashFXP that is not properly installed.

The upgrade installer reads the information related to FlashFXP from the system registry, if this information is missing then the installer attempts to install FlashFXP into the wrong folder and ultimately fails.

We have made some changes to FlashFXP to help avoid this type of issue in the future, If you try to update a copy of FlashFXP that is not properly installed the standard installation will automatically revert to a portable installation and the portable update will be downloaded and applied.

This update will be made available in the next couple weeks.
