mark and unmark fails if CTRL + A is used to select files locally

As of the latest build, when you go into the local browser to say C:\ and do CTRL+A to select all files, then press spacebar to mark/unmark, the files and folders selected are not marked/unmarked or bolded/unbolded. Using the tools menu to mark and unmark does not work either when CTRL+A is used. If I manually select all files and folders, spacebar and the tools menu work.

BigStar was not able to confirm, hoping someone else can. It is only after this new build that it is an issue for me.
