The hash is computed based on the combined strings for translation, the author/pin is not part of the hash.
This way another user can't attempt to submit someone else's translation as their own.
I forgot to remove the html tags from this error message, I have corrected this, Thanks.
I am in the process of removing old translation commits that contain partial information where I am unable to determine the person who made them, for others I am manually setting the PIN.
I have updated all of your previous submissions to include your PIN where it was missing.
