Apply button in settings doesn't apply

Apply button in settings doesn't apply when user is pressing Cancel after Apply.

Normally the OK button means "Apply" and "Close the window".
Cancel is "Cancel unsaved settings"

Tested with Upload speed restriction.

I was unable to reproduce this behavior.

This is exactly how Apply and OK work.

If you press Apply your settings are saved and applied.

If you press OK it calls Apply and then closes the window.

If you press cancel then it closes the window.

I did that with upload speed setting while uploading files.
