squid proxy not enabling "connect" command

I have to work with a proxy using Squid.
So I choose "http tunnel" proxy with port, username and password when defining proxy in "Preferences".
Connection is refused.
I mean this because
1.)- flashfxp is using the "connect" command
2.)- the "connect" command is not enabled on the squid proxy

I think so because I can access to external sites through this proxy when I am using "total commander", which use the "get" command.

Is it possible to use the "get" command in FlashFXP ?
How can I do this ?

In order to work correctly with FlashFXP the HTTP proxy must support the connect method.

The GET method does not provide enough functionality to work with FlashFXP.
