Enter a custom value for the graph doesn't work

hi,
trying to change the max value for the graph to a custom value doesnt work (options > display > graph > max value). the field where i should enter my own value stays greyed out, even when first applying "custom value".

i am using the latest 3.7.9 beta build on windows 7 x64 professional.
