Blend with windows theme setting not saved

The setting for the "Blend with windows theme" option is not saved until something else in that particular options dialog (Display -> Colors & Fonts) is changed too. The 'OK' Button has no effect and the 'Apply' Button stays grayed out.

There's a newer build out to address this issue. It's available via liveupdate.

Btw I forgot to update the whatsnew file included in the installer so it still says 1285, but it is in fact 1286.
