Expand all folders

I've noticed that even in versions as new as 3.6, the "Expand all folders" feature, will only parse out queued folders that are queued remotely, as in for download - not folders queued locally, as in for upload. I find that this feature is extremely useful for determining true estimated queue time, since the queue size is incorrect unless all folders are parsed.
