Proxy dialog - Type missing

Hi,

In the online help topic "Add/Edit Proxy dialog" you say : "if you have a proxy server not supported or that is supported and is not listed above then please contact us"
I have already sent a message using the "contact us" link , but no answer.

The type that I absolutely need does not exist:
USER ftp-user@proxy-user@ftp-host
PASS ftp-pass@proxy-pass

Why do not allow custom configuration?

Have you tried selecting the "CheckPoint Firewall 1" proxy type? It uses this format.
