small change to Sceduler

Hi!

I would like a small change to the Scheduler.

Today repeat tasks the shortest paus between runs is 1 min, I would like to be able to use seconds .. in my case I need every 15 seconds :/

Running a weather station (with a bad built in ftp), and it uploads datafiles to a web hosty every 15 sec now.

Yes, I can set for 1 min, but with a weather station you want as real-time as you can get
