SFTP over SSH doesn't keep server time on files
I'm using 3.7.3 Beta and SFTP over SSH does not keep the server time. If I switch back to FTP it works as it should and retains the server time on the transferred files.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

It appears that SFTP transfers completely skip over this feature.

This will be resolved in the next release.
