Also there the window gets cut down (Like in restore queue)

Are you by chance using large fonts in windows?

I just have cleartype enable in windows vista, that's all I know/see.
Dont see option to change fonts and never changed them. So no idea.
I'm also not using aero.

EDIT: I just saw it was default size (96 DPI)
