help with user flags wont create a dir

ok i made an account on the ioftpd 4.0 build but for some reason someone cant create a new folder although the attributes for the folders are set to 777 ...
His account flag is set to a 1
and he says he cant create a folder or upload a file...
i also have iobanana running... but i dont get why it wont let him create a dir..
any ideas

check [VFS]-Section in ioFTPD.ini
if "Detailed permissions for directories" are setup correctly
(priviledge = <virtual path> <rights> )


- did you try a newer version ?
- what error msg do you get exactly ?
