Default SFV File Problem

When I start a new release, flashfxp says the sfv file was uploaded successfully, but it does not record in iobanana. Also, the sfv file does not appear in the directory where I have uploaded. So when I try uploading the rar files, it says sfv must be uploaded first. I think something is autodeleting the sfv file. Is there a way I can get this to work, because without the sfv file, it wont announce halfway or complete or even show the status of the upload. Plz help with this problem.

Maybe you could give details also, like the versions of ioFTPD and ioBanana you are using, if you are using other scripts, etc.
Does it happen with all sfv files or only specific ones ?
