Default announce
I basically use this to ban groups and it works fine. I would just like to to announce in the channel. If I have the group FTF banned and then they try to upload it would announce in channel Intel tried to upload Banned Group or something like that.
I am using ZR-Tools 3.3

Not supported in current version. Dont really see the point in spamming whats not allowed either actually
