im having a nuke problem

when i nuke some rlses it says

[[R] 200--[Nuke]---------------------------------------------------------------[[R] 200- You are not allowed to nuke other groups
[[R] 200-------------------------------------------------------------------[ioA]-

Read the manual for ioA or search the forums, this has been answered before.

Hint (from ioA's manual):

I want my nukers to be able to nuke everything but it always say "You are not allowed to nuke other groups":
This is because of Nuke_Group_Flag being set to same as gadmin or any of the other normal ones like siteop and so on.
To solve this set Nuke_Group_Flag to some letter that is not used.
