[Fixed] no reply on !speed/!bw

This is the problem:
The bot announces at new release, half-way and completed. But when I type !bw during the upload it says that nothing is being uploaded and when I type !speed <user_who_is_uploading> it says the user not is logged on.

Someone know what the problem is?
