[Fixed] ioBanana not working

I use ioftpd beta5-7-5u + iobanana 19 **edited: non-reg**

i installed them as the docs said, everything looks like perfect

then i tried a site command and received

site version
500 SITE version: Command not understood.

all site commands does not work, irc !commands also (but the bot announces the releases that are incoming on the folders)
