FXP fails!

hoping someone can help me out with best settings for fxp transfer lots of my accounts get this when attempting fxp.
425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused.
tried toggling nat and
421 Timeout (120 seconds): closing control connection.
normal connections work just fine no problems at all.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

i get that error sometimes aswell and well the only way i have found to fix it is to try nonpasv mode and that usually works

in flashfxp is F4 then alternate fxp mode just click the left side one

says DOWNLOADING not PASV under options
