Question a question about virtual file system

my me.vfs file is like this:

Code:
e:\bla1 /
d:\bla2 /games
f:\bla3 /xboxdvd
and after everyone logins, he will see

Code:
/mp3
/games
/xboxdvd
but some problem about the mounted directory(like /games /xboxdvd), it's create date is always 2003-1-1 00:00... is it a bug or something?

Listing currently doesn't retrieve timestamps for links. It gives a minor boost in performance.

Adding ini option, would cause hit larger than retrieving the timestamp =D Anyways, I'm working on full directory cache... which obiviously solves problems such as this

on a whole dir cache... will it then be possible to get size of whole linked subdir structures? like from ioA?

or search in complete trees? i am getting weak results when searching in virtual dir structure with ioA...

ioA search function works perfectly. If you are getting weak results, it may be because of some misconfigurations (see Search_Path in ioA.cfg).

I use ioA search for my 15000+ dirs on site. Search is fast when configured correctly. Don't make it search too deep when you only want dirnames at certain depth in dirstructure.

Code:
[12:41:45] [L] site search acrobat reader
[12:41:46] [L] 200--[Search]--------------------------------------------------------
[12:41:46] [L] 200-/apps/adobe/Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 - english
[12:41:46] [L] 200- 1 match to searchcriteria
[12:41:46] [L] 200------------------------------------------------------------[ioA]-
Code:
# Search_Path=d:\ioftpd\site\MP3|/MP3|1
# This will search MP3 dir and one dir down. Usually a dated dir
...
Search_Path=d:\ftp\apps|/apps|1
...
Well I have a couple of sub categories in apps dir. So ioA will search apps dir and dirs in those sub categories NOT inside every dir in subdirs. That takes time. IMO searching for files is not needed. I only allow search on dirnames.
