Default iobanana using eggdrop on linux ?

hi i have a linux station and an eggdrop on.. is it possible to use iobanana whit this eggdrop ? thx a lot and very good job

all the !commands could be done on the eggdrop, but the announces (newdir, race, etc.) needs access to the ioftpd.log file.
if you can make it available in real-time to your linux workstation, then it should work just fine.

Any planned scripts that will make it possible to access the .log files via ftpd connection and not locally by bot, so that you can use linux eggdrops?

There's already a little script that allows you to use an eggdrop bot (on a *nix box) included in ioBanana v20.
It still needs a windrop bot running on the same computer as the ftpd but it doesn't have to be connected to an irc server. It has to be linked to the other eggdrop though.
The version that comes with v20 was the very first nearly-stable one. What about trying it and helping us to improve it
