Default bug in iozs/dszbot.tcl.. (dunno where think dszbot..)

i rather would say ioZS, cause its already in the race nfo also
in ftp before the half/cpl announce

happens sometimes here also, no clue whats happening there

i confirm this seems to be iozs confusing MB/GB
but it also seems that it depends cases because ive tried to check the bug on different sites where it would not happen.

so i think StarDog will have to investigate is own code to find why it behaves like that. Surely something hard to find i imagine....
