Default Connection failed (Connection refused)

just closed ioftp, restarted it, and can't get a connection at all. including on the network.

Any ideas please?

It might take few minutes for ports to close properly

i had restarted the machine, and still no go. i had to install a fresh copy ioftp and copy my data file back over, it worked then

well a few hours later and its dead again!

i have found that if i copy over a new unedited ioFTPD.ini it will start to work again.

please need some help here
