Default Low Download Speeds With Flash??

I have never had a problem before but lately my speeds using flash have dropped downloading from different ftp's I was as high as 900kb/s usually avaraged 700kb/s but within the last few days i cannot get any higher than 120kb/s through any ftp. I thought it was my connection but when i run broadband speed test it is perfect here is the result i just got

:::.. Download Stats ..:::
Connection is:: 7167 Kbps about 7.2 Mbps (tested with 5983 kB)
Download Speed is:: 875 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (main)
Test Time:: Thu May 26 03:12:20 UTC-0100 2005
Bottom Line:: 128X faster than 56K 1MB download in 1.17 sec
Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 235.69 % faster than the average for host

And its not the ftp's i am connecting to cause my speeds will not go higher than 120 kb/s on any of them

I have been running flash for years and using the same ftp's to download for the same amount of time!!! And have always been around 700-900kb/s downloading

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS???

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Is it possible that you turned on the download transfer cap at some stage and forgot about it?
