site invite on FTP need some help!

Using following
Ioftpd v7.7.2
nxTools-v1.2.1
ioNiNJA.1.0.Beta4.2012-10-02
windrop.1.6.18.v0.1.with.ssl.by.ronin

Can`t get site invite to work by using flashfxp / masteraccount with flag "M" works,
bud regular user(s) with flag "3" dont.

error
site invite USERNAME
550 'SITE invite': Access denied.

In the ini its setup i can find the following:

invite = TCL ..\scripts\ioNiNJA\ioNiNJA.itcl INVITE
invite = !A *

Only when user(s) do ./msg <botname> !invite <username> <pasw> it works

Did u mis something or .... ?
