Default Cloak - Do Not Transfer /Overwrite

Is it possible to cloak specific files or folders so they are not transferred or overwritten?

Thanks ....

You can add the file names to the Skip List.

1. This can be set globally via the main menu > Options > Filters, then select the Skip List tab on Filters dialog.
2. or Per-Site via the Site Manager > Select the site > Transfer Tab > Skip list button.

Thanks, I found the Skip List button under Site Manager.

How does the path to file option work? I can't seen to get it working, is it the remote or local path and relative to what?

Are you trying to protect (skip) some specific files or the content of a folder?

The best way for me to explain how it works is for you to first review the help file for the skip list.

Are you wanting to preserve the existing file on upload or download? I would add the path to the destination you want preserved, which might be a local or remote path.

It also helps to check the setting "Display skip items in <color>" so you can visually see which items will be skipped.
