Default Win 7 x64 - Site Manager crashing app in all versions after release 1658

Every version since 1658 I have to keep rolling back because the App crashes when going into site manager. I've captured the error I've been getting, does anyone have any clues on how to get this fixed? I'm using Windows 7 x64 on the system where it runs.

here's a cap of the version screen on comctl32.dll

I've tried upgrading each time and then rolling back to version 1658 which is the oldest version where I can still open the site manager.

Replied, attempted killing KPM and testing and it didnt work. I'll try the bookmark trick later tonight. Rolled back to 1658 when I was done so I had access to the site manager again.
