Im have list of ip addresses:
for example
193.151.244.0/22
193.151.252.0/22
193.16.106.0/24
193.164.232.128/27
193.17.170.0/24
193.17.52.0/24
...etc

i need access only from allowed (this list of ip) addresses (other ip must be denied), what im need add to host.rules file?

that thread links to this one (in german). my german isn't what it used to be, but hopefully you can get the gist of what you are trying to accomplish.

POLICY DENY
ACCEPT I [ip address] USER [logins per ip]

That'll do it. Default denies entry. Add an allow line for all allowed IPs.
