Question turn off cache?

how i can turn off cache of files & folders?

You can't turn off io's cache.
You might have a cache enabled in your FTP client though. I know FlashFXP and many other FTP clients have such options.

i create some dirs, such /dir1/dir2/... in ftp folder /upload.
next i remove this dirs from real path c:\upload, but then i press "refresh" in ftp folder this dirs still to be seen.

i download ioREcache, but i must manually type SITE RECACHE UPLOAD, can i insert some line (such list=EXEC ..\scripts\ioRefresh.exe c:\upload) in [FTP_Pre/Post-Command_Events]

This is strange... it is not so on my system.
