Install issues after uninstalling previous trial

After my trial expired for 2.1, I purchased and downloaded the new version.

Now, when I open program, it says, "FlashFXP Evaluation 0 days left" with no option to put in my reg number...

Help please...

Hmm, that doesn't seem right. There is ALWAYS a place for registration input on the Splash Screen. Does this help?

If your screen doesn't look like that, you may not have installed version 3 correctly. Which version did you download/install?

the screen I get looks like that except that all I can see is the blue title bar (that shows 0 days) and about 1/4 of an inch of the tan part of the box... it is rounded at the top in blue but squared at the bottom tan part. It is like it is just missing the rest. I have uninstalled and reinstalled older version and is doing the same thing.

I have downloaded from different sites with the same result

after a restart and new install, it gives me the rest of the form and I was able to input my reg key...

that was really weird but at least it is working now.

bizarre...sounds like a graphics corruption. Glad you got it taken care of.
